Dennis C. Hyde received his bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, with a major in biology and a minor in chemistry. He has resided in San Francisco since 1975. Mr. Hyde received his law degree from Golden Gate University in 1979 and was admitted to the California Bar in 1980. He has practiced law as a civil trial attorney in San Francisco and the Bay Area since that time. His broad range of experience includes serving as an expert witness in landlord-tenant matters, advising purchasers and sellers of both commercial and residential property, and advising property owners in code enforcement and construction law matters. He has also represented clients in personal injury matters involving complex medical, legal, and liability issues.

Mr. Hyde is a member of the Real Property Section of the State Bar of California, and sits on the Bar’s Committee on Administration of Justice which advises the California Judicial Council, the California Law Revision Commission, and other legal groups on proposed legislation affecting trials and procedures in California courts. Mr. Hyde advises clients on forming limited liability companies, tenancy-in-common agreements, as well as disputes that arise under such agreements.
