EDUCATIONAL HISTORY: Ms. Franco received her Juris Doctor in 1999 from the University of San Francisco School of Law. She received Bachelor of Arts degrees in both International Relations and Art History from University of California at Davis.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Prior to joining Wasserman-Stern, Ms. Franco was a transactional attorney at Berding & Weil, representing homeowner associations, condominiums and property owners with such issues as governing document enforcement, interpretation and amendment, maintenance disputes, and collection matters. Ms. Franco also previously worked with the General Counsel at iSyndicate, Inc., an internet content syndication service, providing support with media licensing, contract negotiations, and trademark protection. Recently, Ms. Franco represented the San Francisco Housing Authority in lawsuits including non-payment of rent, violations of Section 8 contracts, and drugs/weapons nuisance cases.

BAR MEMBERSHIPS: Ms. Franco is a member of the State Bar of California.

SPECIAL INTEREST GROUPS: Ms. Franco serves on the Board of Directors of the San Francisco Apartment Association, a non-profit trade association representing rental property owners. She has been a director since 1999.
